Conference 2025 Terms & Conditions

In-Person ONLY:

The 2025 FLAGGL Small Business Lenders Conference (FLAGGL) registration includes in-person attendance only; virtual attendance is not an option in any circumstance other than providing remote access to a particular session for a participating speaker. Currently, there are no specific COVID-related safety measures or requirements in place for in-person attendees, subject to change. The conference will abide by whatever requirements are in place in the hosting city and/or venue(s) and will communicate those requirements to attendees if and when they change as soon as readily possible. Attendees agree to abide by any and all safety measures as deemed necessary by the conference organizers. 

Conference Payments

 All conference registration and sponsorship payments are processed by our third-party event management firm, EventfullyYourz, on behalf of the Florida Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (FLAGGL). Note that credit card statements may reflect “EventfullyYourz Event Management" or a description similar to the merchant’s name. FLAGGL reserves the right to cancel any registration or sponsorship that is not paid timely according to payment due dates, retaining any funds already received. Cancellations & Refunds

 The following terms and conditions apply for registered attendees and sponsorships:


INDIVIDUALLY PAID ATTENDEES (those not included with sponsorships)

Individually Paid Attendees may choose to cancel in writing at any time by emailing FLAGGL@eventfullyyourz.com, and will have the following options:

  1. Substitute an attendee at any time up until the date of the event
  2. Cancel entirely –
    • If cancelled by June 30th, a full refund of any and all order items is issued
    • If cancelled between July 1st and August 15th a 50% refund is issued of your conference registration, plus full refund of optional activity and/or guest ticket(s)
    • If cancelled on or after August 15th, a refund cannot be provided for conference registration. Full refund of optional activity and/or guest ticket(s) will be provided through September 1st.


SPONSORS may choose to cancel** their participation in writing at any time by emailing FLAGGL@eventfullyyourz.com and will have the following options:

  1. Substitute attendees for any of your included sponsor attendees up until one week prior to event
  2. Cancel entirely, ceasing any and all promotion –
    • If cancelled by May 1st, a 75% refund is issued
    • If cancelled between May 2nd – June 15th, a 50% refund is issued
    • If cancelled on or after June 16th, a refund cannot be provided


 Sponsor payment is not required upon registering; however, payment in full is required within 60 days of registering or by July 1st, 2025, whichever comes first to avoid loss of benefits. If required payments have not been made before a cancellation is requested, payment will remain due based on date cancelled, amount already paid.
