MUST SUBMIT A HIGH RES LOGO


SPECS: 300 DPI (dots per inch) at 100% size - approximately 30" tall for vertical logos or 30" wide for horizontal logos (must be at least if RASTOR file; best file type is VECTOR (CAD) - file types include EPS, JPG, etc. Anything under 1,000 KB is too small - must be MB. Email to  FLAGGL@eventfullyyourz.com by July 31st.

BANNER ADS

MOBILE BANNER ADS should be horizontal in orientation and sized to 1464 x 420 pixels.   We recommend NOT including a lot of text as it will be difficult to read.

POWER POINT ADS

Power Point ads should be horizontal in orientation and sized to fit a widescreen Power Point slide or 1280x720 pixels. Must be in PPT format, not an image (PDF, PNG, etc.).

  • 6’ Table (tabletop exhibits with approximately 8’ wide x 10’ deep space. Pipe/drape not included) (Presenting Sponsor has a 10’ X 10” space. – Please DO NOT bring setups that are wider than specified, as it is unfair to the other exhibitors. Pipe/drape not included.
  •  2 chairs
  • Shared electrical/power throughout the exhibit hall (extension cords and power strips will not be provided; we suggest bringing your own to avoid paying hotel rental fees, as your booth could be as far as 8-10’ from the shared power)
  • Exhibit Hall Wi-Fi
  • To request/rent any additional equipment at your own cost directly from the hotel A/V department, email.

  • August 3rd- Booth location assignments to start.

                   The main contact on your sponsor registration will be contacted in order first by sponsor level and next by registration date. 


  • August 7th - All assignments completed (if you are a Gold, Silver, or Exhibit Only, your location will be assigned, and you will only receive the final booth map). 


  • August 10th - A final map will be sent to all exhibitors
